CHU LAI PORT

Chu Lai Port is capable of handling different types of cargo: containers, supersized cargo, equipment, liquid, gas, bulk cargo. The port is offering tug boats, unloading freight, lifting and repairing containers, warehouses, berths, mooring buoys, customer clearance.

Chu Lai Port is a general port which can handle 4 million tons of throughput per year. The current berth is 471 meters long, -9.5 meters deep, and able to receive three 30,000-DWT vessels at a time. The port is heavily invested in terms of facilities, loading equipment (Liebherr cranes, wheel cranes, reach stackers, tug boats and high-capacity trailers…). The port yard has a total area of over 167,000 square meters, constructed in line with international standards and zoned into different functional areas (bonded warehouses, warehouses, cold storages, container yards) to fit every type of cargo.
