On November 1, a comprehensive training program was lectured by THACO President Pham Van Tai for over 84 employees at the HAGL AGRICO Laos Complex, covering leadership development, strategy and system management, and presentation skills. Participants included the Complex's leadership team and department heads.

In the first session, THACO President gave a presentation on leadership development, essential qualities of a leader, personal development, and purposeful living. Then in the next session, he covered an overview of THACO's Corporate Function Departments, their structure and functions, and strategy and business models of the Sub-holdings. For Presentation skills, he talked about effective presentation steps and the presentation experiences.

The course aimed to enhance the human resource quality at HAGL AGRICO Laos Complex and its farms, contributing to developing the agricultural workforce to be “industrial people”, meeting THACO AGRI’s large-scale agricultural production strategy.

In addition to the training, the THACO Training Department conducted a practical survey to assess the complex's offices and farms in terms of HR management, employee accommodations, 5S implementation, training facilities and equipment, and training needs in management and soft skills. The findings of this survey will be used to develop appropriate training programs.
