The term 5S comes from Japan, including Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain. This method is widely applied by THACO and Sub-holdings from factories to offices to build convenient and safe workplaces, leading to increased labor productivity, reducing waste, and forming positive habits among employees.

Since application at THACO Headquarters in February 2023, 5S has successfully brought positive changes in task management, workspace arrangement, and teamwork. In light of this success, starting December 2023, the company extended the practices to the Sadora Office. To support the initiative, THACO has repeatedly conducted 5S training courses for employees and established 5S teams to monitor the implementation.
