On Nov. 19, THACO President, Mr. Pham Van Tai graced the closing ceremony of the National Workers’ Football Cup 2023 in Binh Duong province. The event concluded as THACO President presented the trophy to the newly crowned champion.

The tournament was held in 8 regions across the country from September to November. 8 regional winners from the group stage entered the finals, which took place from November 17 to 19 in Binh Duong province. At the end of the tournament, the organizing committee awarded the trophy to Hai Phong Trade Union. Vietnam Oil Trade Union, Information and Communication Trade Union, and Saigon Water Corporation Trade Union secured the second, third, and fourth prizes, respectively. Additionally, the Binh Duong Trade Union was honored with the Style award, a testament to their fair play. 

The National Workers' Football Cup 2023 is the collaboration between the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Tuoi Tre Newspaper, and the Vietnam Football Federation. THACO has secured the Diamond Sponsorship for the tournament in 3 years. In addition to its business operations, THACO is a socially responsible group with active contributions to community development, especially sports-related activities.
