THACO Trade Union receives excellent emulation flag of Vietnam General Confederation of Labor
On Apr. 8, the Dong Nai Confederation of Labor held a closing conference on the emulation activities within the provincial business community in 2022. At the event, THACO Trade Union was presented with the excellent emulation flag 2022 by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
In 2022, the world economy was heavily affected by strong waves of pandemics, economic recession, supply chain disruptions, etc. Likewise, THACO's operations were no exceptions. However, the challenges became opportunities for all THACO employees to unite and adapt flexibly in each period.
Along with the Board of Directors, the Trade Union has repeatedly encouraged the employees to put their heads in their work to finish the targets, maintain the stability and development of the company. In addition, the Trade Union and the company managers also took great care of the employees' cultural life by organizing cultural, music and sports activities throughout the company. The union also had its shares with employees on their special occasions, i.e. weddings, sickness, accidents and maternity leave, giving gifts to female employees, or awarding high-performing children of employees and so on.
Among the company's emulations, there was one calling for production achievements called "Good workers, Creative workers" with enthusiastic participation, especially at THACO Chu Lai. Notably, their 800 technical improvement projects nicely responded to the "1 million initiatives" program launched by the General Confederation of Labor and THACO Chu Lai also succeeded to update the union member data to the provincial member management system. With such achievements, THACO Chu Lai Trade Union received the excellent emulation flag 2022 from the Dong Nai Confederation of Labor.
With the current encouraging results, the THACO Trade Union is believed to continue to promote its roles and duties of protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and employees, as well as acting as an important bridge between the employees and the leadership to exchange thoughts and aspirations, creating motivation for employees to improve their professional competence to build THACO's sustainable development.
