On December 2, THACO conducted a 5S training course for 51 employees from their headquarters and the Sadora office. This mandatory training program aimed to equip employees with the skills to optimize their work productivity and operate more quickly and efficiently.

The 5S training course, led by Mr. Pham Minh Hiep, THACO Office Administration Manager, focused on the core contents: concept, history of formation, content of 5S methods, meaning and benefits of the 5S model and instructions for applying 5S at the office.

This 5S training course equips students with the knowledge and skills to master the 5S methodology, instilling awareness for optimal space and resource management at work. Students can reduce waste, cultivate positive work habits, and ultimately enhance their efficiency and performance at work.
