On September 25, the THACO AUTO Production Division organized a training course on performance analysis methods in each production stage for 80 managers and specialists from companies and units.

The course was taught by Mr. Le Dac Trinh, THACO MAZDA Production Vice Director on how to analyze, evaluate, and optimize performance on the production lines with line balancing and performance analysis methods in each stage to eliminate wastes or non-value works. The learners also received instructions to practice Industrial Engineering (IE) indicator analysis, the Standard Operation Sheet (S.O.S) in each stage and how to fill in the forms applied at THACO MAZDA Plant.

The course has provided useful information to help learners analyze, evaluate and calculate the efficiency in each production stage, eliminate wastes and non-value works, and put right people in the production lines, and boost technical innovations and improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
