On Nov. 17, the THACO AUTO Production Division conducted the Manufacturing Cost Management training course for 60 managers from departments and factories, empowering them to control and optimize production and business costs, ensuring customer satisfaction.

The training course covered essential topics like production cost concepts, classifications, and structures, the relationship between production and product costs, and the role of individuals and departments in cost management. Participants engaged in practical exercises to analyze product structures and manufacturing processes, leading to the identification and proposal of cost reduction solutions.

Efficient manufacturing cost management will help businesses eliminate waste or unnecessary expenses, streamline production processes, save resources, and enhance product competitiveness. The training course equipped participants a solid understanding of cost control and reduction strategies (materials, labor, and production) that are suitable for the factory's specific context.
