THACO - Complete management and digital transformation in a comprehensive way
THACO convened its 2024 Business Plan Conference at Thiskyhall Sala (HCMC) on February 3. The event, led by Chairman Tran Ba Duong, Vice Chairman Nguyen Hung Minh, and President Pham Van Tai, brought together leaders and future leaders from all six Sub-holdings, functional departments, divisions, and units.
Kicking off the 2024 Business Plan Conference, THACO Chairman Tran Ba Duong laid out the event's dual goals: to review existing strategies and operational plans for the Sub-holdings and to collaboratively chart a five-year course (2023-2027). His message was clear: 2024 demands continued focus on strengthening and modernizing the management model, particularly through effective human resource management. Ensuring a stable and skilled workforce across production and business operations, alongside comprehensive digital transformation, will be crucial for success.
The conference featured presentations from THACO and Sub-holdings leaders, covering key areas like overall strategy, system management, core operations, and the five-year plan (2024-2027) for both THACO and the Sub-holdings.
