THACO Chu Lai Youth Union on Sep. 9 coordinated with the Quang Nam Police Youth Union to celebrate the Mid-Autumn festival for mountainous children in Dong Giang District, Quang Nam Province.

The meaningful activity was to create a joyful Mid-Autumn playground for 1,000 children in Prao town and neighboring communes in Dong Giang District. At the event, the teenagers and children listened to Vietnam President's MidAutumn Festival message, and enjoyed the music performances, lion dance, and delightful foods. Also at the event, THACO Chu Lai Youth Union presented 200 gifts, equivalent to VND20 million to the local children. Aiming to share the love and laughter with the mountainous children on this special occasion, the celebration helped them better understand the meaning of the Mid-Autumn Festival - a Vietnamese cultural beauty.

The Youth Union of THACO Chu Lai has recently carried out different meaningful donations for children in remote areas of Quang Nam province, namely building a children playground in Nui Thanh and Nam Tra My districts, providing 300 new school uniforms to students in Tra Don Commune, also in Nam Tra My District. Such charity activities have contributed to spreading love, creating healthy playgrounds, and encouraging the children to overcome difficulties, as well as evidence of the union's responsibilities towards other teenagers and children in hardship.
