On January 21, in celebration of the 30th anniversary of the HCMC Sponsoring Association for Poor Patients (SAPP), THACO sponsored VND2 billion to support poor patients in their lives and medical treatment.

Sponsors are receiving commemorative medals from the SAPP

Throughout 30 years, the association's activities have run deep in the city, including building rural bridges, charity houses or donating bicycles for students, etc. Especially, programs like “Saving Children's Congenital Heart Disease” and “Bringing Light to Poor Patients” have provided more than 10,300 free heart surgeries and 710,000 free eye surgeries in Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia.

At the event, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Tue, President of THADICO, the THACO's construction and development Sub-holding handed over VND2 billion to the organization in hopes to improve patients’ living standards as well as their wellbeing.

By partnering with SAPP, THACO aims to provide timely resources to help poor patients’ lives, contributing to the humane environment, and playing a pioneering role in fulfilling its social responsibility to the community through various social welfare programs.
